Start with the code and the deadline
Compare the code with the officially published strings, remove spaces around it and check the 26 October cutoff. Use the Copy button if similar-looking characters are hard to distinguish.

| Expired | Compare the time with 26 October, 04:00 UTC. A past deadline cannot be extended by changing servers. |
| Already redeemed | Check the selected character’s mailbox and previous claims. Re-entering the same code will not create a second reward. |
| Invalid code | Compare spelling with the official recap. Make sure a copied line contains only one code. |
| No character found | Confirm the HoYoverse account, linked game profile and server. Check that the expected nickname appears. |
| Rank requirement | Check your Adventure Rank. Published redemption guides state Adventure Rank 10. |
Successful result, but no reward?
Reopen the mailbox on the character and server used for redemption. If the reward is still missing, keep the success message and contact HoYoverse through the game’s Feedback option. Avoid sharing your password or verification codes with a code website.
The Redeem link opens the wrong account
The official site uses its own current sign-in session. Confirm the nickname before submitting. Wish Ledger does not select your account, server or character.
Our Copy button is unavailable
Select the visible code text and copy it manually. Clipboard access can be blocked by browser permissions or an insecure preview address. The codes and official links remain readable without JavaScript.
