Start with the three code cards. Our Redeem buttons point directly to HoYoverse. You will need your own eligible character; the commonly stated minimum is Adventure Rank 10.
Use the official website
- Open genshin.hoyoverse.com/en/gift and sign in with the HoYoverse account linked to your character.
- Select your server. Check the nickname shown on the form before continuing.
- Paste one code and submit it. Read the result on HoYoverse’s page.
- Repeat with the remaining codes, then launch the game and check your mailbox.
Use the in-game menu
Open the Paimon menu, then go to Settings → Account → Redeem Code. Enter one string at a time. The exact button wording may differ by platform or language. If the option is unavailable, use the official website with the same linked account.
Check that the rewards reached the right character
The official recap says rewards are delivered through in-game mail and the mail expires after 30 days. Open the character on the server selected during redemption and claim the attachments.
The checklist on our homepage is a personal note saved in your browser. Checking a box does not submit a redemption or verify delivery.
If the form returns an error
Save the exact message and use our code troubleshooting guide. For an account problem, use HoYoverse’s in-game Feedback option. We cannot inspect your account or send missing rewards.
